Quiet. Welcoming. Just what you look for in a camp site.

They call it ghost hill for a good reason, its a scary place. We booked by phone for its convenient location &price. I got the feeling we were the only vacationers there. After begrudgingly helping me line my camper up in my space he was at my drivers window for cash payment. After leveling the camper we had to walk in Georgia Red Clay too hook up water & electric which were on the wrong side. The sewer was up hill. Figure that one out. Next there was really no room to open the awning, nor would I want to due to the sewer smell. When we were leaving I had a damaged TV antenna laying on top of my camper. The Santa looking dude came and threatened me that if I HIT HIS WIRES MY INSURANCE WOULD HAVE TO PAY! Which is kindof a given, but i didn't appreciate the threatening tone. There were campers on cinder blocks, campers with window air conditioners. Campers that obviously had not moved in a long time.

The campers are packed in here really close together, and it's hard to navigate through the circle. There are no fire pits or pretty yard for kids to play in. This is more suited for a community of older men who work during the week, and leave on the weekends. My girl friend said she saw a ghost. The cemetery behind the campsite, and I can go for peaceful runs where it is much safer, and it's very quiet there. Personally, I like it because it suits me for work. The price here are very reasonable compared to other places, especially if you need long-term camping.

This is a terribly rundown campground behind a cemetery. This is not a good place to stay on a family vacation. Creepy and gross and no, not in a"ghost hunters" way....

Nice quiet and peaceful place. Friendly neighborhood

On a more positive note, Stone Mountain Police frequent the campground to use the bathroom. This is not no, but HELL NO!
