They were fast and polite with my oil change but for some idiotic reason they reset my trip odometers which really upsets me. One of them was tracking the amount of miles on my replaced engine and the other was tracking gas mileage. It's up to the OWNER OF THE CAR to decide what to do with their trip odometers. If you go here, make sure to specifically tell them not to mess with yours if it's something important to you.
I usually have great service. They are always friendly and professional. My grievance is time consideration. I was told my service would take roughly 2 hours, however it took 5 hrs. Actually, I'm not sure what time my car was ready because NO ONE called me to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. After the 4 hour mark, I called to see what time my vehicle would be ready and was told another 45 min - 1 hr. I decided to just go to the store after another 1.5 hrs passed, only to see my car parked ready for pick up. When I brought this to their attention, there was no remorse on their behalf. I just received a careless "sorry." This may seem minute, but time is important and consideration of it is courteous and good customer service.
Some of the slowest moving people work here.... don't go to this one if your not leaving your car..... a regular oil change takes about 2hrs...i came in before they opened and it still took them 3hrs .... the guy that was working on my truck stopped about 10 to 15 times to talk ..... and he moved super slow.... definitely finding a new place to go
Incompetent, and they spend too much time lying and scamming. If you must go here, only buy tires....that's it.
Didn't honor appointment, and out of stock of tires I placed the previous day, also the PPL there are not customer friendly. MGR. SHAQ if that was her name was very rude over the phone in which neither Firestone nor TirePlus will recieve my services as they are the same company. Two weeks went to Tireplus because they have the same data base, did not save my next appointment in the system, but all my information was saved in firestone? Wow! Lol...work to hard for my money to deal with it. Quality work my a**, went to Decatur Auto Pro for same service that obviously my appointment wasn't ever saved, but Wow, Auto Pro was not only 200.00 cheaper, but also guaranteed quality, my car runs like new. DECATUR AUTO PRO is my go to Car Service place from now on.
