Customer service was good,but wayyyyyyyy overpriced.
Misquote prices, admit to it and then.wouldn't release my pets until I paid. I am sooo over them. Refusing to compensate a consumer because of staff error is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
I gave 3 stars because the staff is excellent BUT I will no longer bring my fur babies there. My last visit cost me over $400 which included what ever babies needed vaccinations, baths and flea dips. I paid all of that extra money for the dip and all three came back home with more fleas then they started with which makes me think the service I paid for was never done. I spoke with another vet office who stated flea dips are bad for animals which I was never informed of this from this pet hospital. I will just take my babies somewhere where I can be sure they are getting the proper treatment they need to ensure their safety and overall health.
They suck. (If I could give them a zero, I would)
I am still in shock that I paid $60 to groom a 10 week old puppy. I just left Petsmart paying $20.00 dollars for the same service. Lesson learned
They will nickel and dime you.

My husband took our two dogs to their routine weekly grooming and when they returned home, my parents immediately noticed that neither dog had been bathed or trimmed. One of our dogs still smelled which later the owner tried to blame on an existing ear infection. However, this was the first time in several weeks that Lillie came back still smelling after a bath and she has had this ear infection since going to this groomer. Also when Lillie starts to need a bath, her coat turns brown and she was still brown (she's normally white with slight light brown spots). So, we could clearly tell when she has not been bathed. Our other dog's paws were still dirty. Neither dogs had their hairs trimmed. As my husband was rushing off to work when he picked them up, he made mention to the clerk that they hadn't been cut (not noticing they were not bathed either) and he was told that she would inform the groomer for next time. There was no mention of bringing them back the next day. Once we spoke to the owner, she asked why we didn't call her the next day as she has a 24-hour policy (never mentioned to my husband). The owner then placed us on hold and came back on the line talking about not having medical records for one of the dogs and how our dog could be contagious. What does that have to do with us calling about being charged for services not rendered?!?! Needless to say, we provided these medical records from when they first started going there as they will not groom the dogs without their records. Oh and charged my husband $300 the first time they groomed Lillie for special medicated treatment! She still wanted to charge us on our next visit. After arguing with her about the dogs not being groomed and her insisting they were bathed, I informed her we would not be using her services anymore. Clearly, she doesn't value her customers business by trying to satisfy a dissatisfied customer. NEVER WILL WE BRING OUR DOGS HERE AGAIN!
